Who we are
This site is operated by Stratus Carta L.L.C-FZ (“we”, “us”), registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide specialist Salesforce Revenue Cloud expert services across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

The short version
This website sets no cookies. It runs no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no profiling. Nothing is stored in your browser, and we build no profile of you from your visit. We do count how many times each article is read — a single number per article, with nothing recorded about who read it. The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately send us.
What we collect, and when
The forms on this site have no database behind them. When you submit one, your browser opens your own email application with the details filled in — nothing is transmitted until you press send, and what we receive is an ordinary email. The information involved is:
Contact form — your name, company, email address, the situation you selected, and your message.
Dreamforce meeting request — your first and last name, email address, phone number, requested date, preferred time of day, and what you would like to discuss.
Join the team — your name, phone number, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, and any CV you choose to attach to the email.
Newsletter — the email address you send from.
You can skip the forms entirely and email info@stratuscarta.com directly. It reaches exactly the same place.
What your browser contacts
To render the site, your browser loads a small number of files from third parties. Those requests reveal your IP address and basic browser information to the providers below. We receive nothing from them.
Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — typefaces used across the site.
jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) — the open-source animation libraries that drive the page motion.
Our hosting provider, Wix, keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
The site links out to LinkedIn and the Salesforce AppExchange. Once you follow a link, that organisation’s own privacy policy applies — not this one.
Why we use your information
To reply to you and assess whether we are the right fit for your program. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
To consider your application if you apply to join the team. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it. Ever.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is handled by the Stratus Carta team. We use Microsoft 365 to receive and store email, Wix to host this site and store the submissions its forms create, and Resend to deliver the confirmation emails those forms send. These providers process the information on our instructions and nothing more. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you. Applications are kept for 24 months unless you ask us to keep them on file for longer. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Where your information is held
We operate across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, so your information may be accessed by our team outside your own country. Where information leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses — together with the UK Information Commissioner’s International Data Transfer Addendum where the transfer is from the UK — or on an adequacy decision where one covers the destination country.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these, email info@stratuscarta.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are in the UK you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you are in the EEA you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Email and files you send us are held in access-controlled business accounts. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us confidential client data, credentials, or production exports by email.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the text.
