Closing Thoughts
It’s exciting to see all the improvements and enhancements coming to Standard Cart APIs and Omnistudio, they’re getting more integrated than ever.
Agentforce is stepping up too, now fully supporting Cart APIs and becoming more integrated with each release. It’ll be interesting to explore new use cases and bring them to our customers. With every release, it feels like we’re getting closer to a future where agents can truly handle quote and order configuration seamlessly using natural language, we can’t wait for that!
Media Cloud is clearly focused on moving more processes to the core platform, unlocking the full potential of their ASM application.
We can’t wait to put these new features to the test, bring them to our customers, and see the impact firsthand. And of course, we’re already looking forward to what the next release will bring!
